Jason LoGiudice, a Realtor and Graduate Senior Appraiser (GSA), has Real Estate in his blood. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, he is a fourth-generation real estate salesman.
As a child, Jason’s father brought him along for real estate business meetings that took place on farms, on commercial properties in the city, and on country acres.
Jason’s job was to ride shotgun and observe the process of selling.
“My dad taught me how to listen,” he said. “And how to close. It was something he learned from his dad.”
As a young man, Jason knew he wanted to go into real estate. He began working with his father and then decided to move to Akron, Ohio where he joined Smythe Cramer Company in 1994.
He served the Akron and northeast Ohio market and earned Rookie of the Year recognition in 1994.

A friend who had lived in the Southwest often talked about how much she loved Phoenix, and sick of the Ohio weather, Jason moved to Ahwatukee in 2000.
Once again, he applied his deep real estate expertise and impressive work ethic in the rapidly growing Phoenix real estate market, focusing mainly on residential properties. His business grew and flourished.
His brokerage at the time named him one of the top agents for real estate transactions in the Southwest.
The fall of 2007, with its major local and national real estate market shifts that would eventually become the real estate crisis, brought a shift to Jason’s life as well. He began to deal with serious medical issues, and following several major financial and health incidents, Jason returned to Ohio.
For four years, he fought to rebuild his health, his life and his faith, alongside his faithful and beloved Rottweiler, Remo.
Jason is not shy about the difficulties he faced during this time.
“For four years, I was stuck in Ohio,” he recalls. “And it was really, really rough. I was evicted, I had my electricity turned off. It was really bad.”
But through it all, and with the guidance of his faith in Jesus Christ, Jason remained committed to rebuilding his life.
“For the first time ever, I read the Bible and I guess I got it. I realized the world does not revolve around me,” he says.
He was determined to return to the Valley.
With help from his family, Jason continued to work at his recovery.
“I kept working to make a living and get back out here,” he says. “It makes you tougher, it makes you appreciate things.”
In the fall of 2013, Jason returned to Phoenix and began to rebuild his business by knocking on doors and offering his communication and education-focused approach to serving clients.
“I never mind canvassing and working seven days a week,” Jason says.
Three years later, leveraging his association with Reality One Group, and with clients from his earlier time in the Valley still seeking his counsel, Jason remains rooted in his core talents – in the ability to listen, to offer honest advice, and to apply diligence.
The ultimate proof of his work is that you share his name with others.
“If you don’t refer me to your friends and family members, then I haven’t done my job,” he says.
“I’m an average guy. I have made it all and lost it all and gotten humble and I’m a better person because of it,” he recalls. “My goal is that you earn the highest value for your real estate, and for your investment of your time, money and trust.”
