"Jason did an awesome job as our real estate agent. He has a background in appraisals and ended up being right on target for what we ultimately sold for. Like most sellers, we thought our property was probably worth more but after a lot of feedback from folks touring our house the overwhelming feedback was we were too high. Despite that, Jason focused on giving us honest feedback and advice and even though we were overpriced Jason still went out and did his job holding open houses and trying to sell our home.

After a couple of price reductions, we finally received an offer and settled on a price. But not without Jason having to deal with a buyer’s agent from hell. As frustrating and incompetent as she was, Jason maintained his professionalism, easy-going demeanor, and focus on making sure we were taken care of and kept every possible dollar we could.

We found Jason to be very knowledgeable about the whole process from beginning to end, including having to educate the buyer’s agent on several occasions and even having to call the buyer’s agent out when she started to cross some ethical boundaries. While you expect that your real estate agent does have ethics and integrity it is quite refreshing to find that they actually do have those qualities!
